These warranties are without prejudice to any technical or typographical errors that can not be predicted or have occurred inadvertently or due to a disruption of this site or due to force majeure. www.seofernandez.com has received all the necessary technical and other means to promptly update the available quantity and sizes of our products, however it maintains an express reservation as to the validity of the quantities and sizes of the products available in the online store, update within one (1) hour from the moment they are modified.

D. PURCHASE ACTION THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC SHOP
1.1 Completion - Order Confirmation
Use the CLOTHES and ACCESSORIES categories located in the main MENU of our page, navigate to it and find what you are looking for.
Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the link "SHOPPING BASKET". You can use the "DELETE FROM THE BASKET" button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.
Click the "ORDER COMPLETE" button to complete your purchase. You can pay in one of the ways listed below in Section II.D.4.
To be able to complete your first order, you must register as a new member. During the completion of your order, the system will automatically guide you to the very simple and quick registration process (for details, see Section B2 above).
Prices on our products include VAT. and are considered final if delivery is made within Greece. If you do not ship your purchased products within Greece, in order to calculate the final cost of your ordered products, you will add to the prices quoted in the products twelve and fifty (12.5) Euro if sent to Cyprus and sent to you in any other country abroad charges are adjusted by country. Just before you click on "Order", which is the final step in completing your order, you will automatically be informed that when you place your order you have to pay the amount corresponding to it. By submitting your order in accordance with the above, automatically the www.seofernandez.com system will send you a message to the email account you have given us when you register as a Member, who will notify you that we have received the order, will list the products you ordered and all the terms of the order. After receiving the product
(a) Your refusal to collect your products upon delivery by the Transferring Company is equivalent to a revocation, the exercise of which is subject to the provisions of Section II.D.5 below. In any case, we would like to inform you that in case of withdrawal at the time of receipt in accordance with the above, www.seofernandez.com records the event in a special file, consequently the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged transport as discussed below.
(b) Upon receipt of the product, the order will be canceled by exercising the Right of Withdrawal as set out in Section II.D.5 below.
(c) In addition, your order will be canceled upon receipt of the products or for replacement purposes in accordance with the provisions of Article II.D.6 below.
(d) After receipt, your order will be canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article III.B.2 if you receive a defective product, the wrong product, or you never receive it due to a loss.
2 DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
2.1 Way and Time of Delivery
Dates and delivery times: The delivery days of your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 17.00 pm for all Greece and for abroad the delivery times of the respective Transportation Company apply.
The above deadlines do not apply during times of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transfer and delivery times. In this case www.seofernandez.com works with specific courier and transport companies.
In case you want a transport company of your preference with which www.seofernandez.com does not cooperate then the transportation costs will be charged to you irrespective of the order value and the place / time of delivery. In this case, www.seofernandez.com has no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.
2.2 Delivery Delay
Our Company makes every effort to deliver your products in a timely and proper manner, however we reserve the right to delay your delivery of your product (s) if (a) the product is delayed to be shipped by (b) the product you have ordered has already been abolished and is not available due to a sudden and unannounced notice th repealing supplier of the product, (c) an event of force majeure including but extreme weather, strikes or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect transport and delivery of your order. In the above cases, we will contact you to ask if you would like to deliver your order without the product being delayed or unavailable, or suggesting an alternative or letting you know the delivery time of the product that is not directly available. If your proposal does not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and refund any money you have paid, in any case to give you the alternatives available to our Company. 3. MISSION EXPENSES
Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs, since the value of your order exceeds € 50.00. If your order value is equal to or less than fifty (50.00 €) Euro, it is charged with two euros and twenty minutes (€ 2.20). The courier company we partner with is ELTA Courier. In the event that the area you have declared to be sent to your products is not served by the ELTA Courier network, we have the responsibility to send you your order in an alternative way, without any additional charge on the above shipping charges for you for delivery within Greece . Shipments to Cyprus are charged at € (€) per order, and if the value of your ordered products exceeds seventy (€ 70.00), their shipment to Cyprus is free of charge. The company we collaborate for missions in Cyprus and abroad is ELTA Courier.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 Method of Repayment.
Payment upon receipt of order. When the courier company comes to your place to deliver your products, you pay the value of your order. You are not charged for the delivery service if the value of your order exceeds € 40.00, otherwise the cost for the delivery service is € 1.70 and seventy minutes.
